Features and Specification:
1. Interior and exterior portions of the door panel and frame are constructed of 12 gauge rectangular tube steel
2. All scrollwork is constructed of 5/8” or 9/16” solid steel bar
3. All doors are pre-hung and tested for quality assurance and have door latches, window latches, and glass panels that can be operable for cleaning
4. Our doors undergo a multi-step finishing process, sandblast, hot zinc spray, epoxy primer, black epoxy top coat, and hand-applied antiquing.
5. Flush bolts in inactive doors are provided for all double doors. Both doors can be opened if you unlock the flush bolt.
6. Weather stripping is installed around the frame and door stop to reduce moisture when the door is closed.
7. Heavy-duty hinges that can support up to 1500 pounds.
8. Package use Bubble wrap, pearl cotton, a carton, and a wooden box. we will make an iron pallet for full delivery and protection.
9. Install you can through mounting Tabs or mounting holes, the door is a pre-hung and pre-drilled unit, making it easy to install.

However, for areas with extreme temperatures (like New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Pennsylvania), a thermal break door offers superior insulation and helps regulate indoor temperatures. If you live in a region with milder weather and are working with a budget, our standard insulated doors are a great choice.
Important Note: Condensation can occur on any door surface when there's a significant temperature difference between inside and outside, even with a thermal break. This is a natural occurrence and not a product flaw.
